A 63-year-old woman from Gzira died on Sunday afternoon when the motorcycle she was a passenger on was involved in a crash with a coach.
The accident happened at 4.20pm in Marfa Road, Għadira.
The motorcycle was being driven by a 52-year-old man from Rabat (Malta), who was injured.
A 40-year-old man from Birkirkara was at the wheel of the coach.
Magistrate Joe Mifsud is holding an inquiry.
