An 81-year-old woman was seriously injured when she was hit by a car in Mosta on Wednesday afternoon.
The police said the accident happened in Triq Dawret il-Wied at 3.15pm.
The woman, who is from Mosta, was hit by a Toyota Belta driven by a 63-year-old man, also from Mosta.
Police investigations are continuing.
