
The police have re-arrested three of the four men who were on police bail in connection with the collapse of a building in Hamrun which killed a woman.
The police said that one of the two men who was under arrest has been released on police bail.
In a nutshell, as at 2pm on Friday, of the six initially arrested, four are in custody while two are on police bail.
The six arrested persons are an architect, the site technical officer, two workers and two contractors. The police did not say who of them is still under arrest and the four released on police bail.
On Monday, Miriam Pace, 55, was killed when the residence she lived in collapsed in Hamrun. The residence was situated next to a plot where excavation was taking place.
