A man suffered serious injuries after the scaffolding he was on gave way on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said in a statement that their assistance was required in a garage in Triq id-Dejma in Tarxien at around 4pm on Tuesday.
Preliminary investigations on site showed that a 45-year-old man who lives in the scaffolding fell after the scaffolding he was on while doing some work gave way.
The victim was taken to Mater Dei Hospital via ambulance and he was certified as suffering from serious injuries.
Police investigations are ongoing.
