A 28-year-old Danish man sustained grievous injuries after a quadbike incident in Baħar iċ-Ċagħaq on Saturday afternoon.
The victim appeared to have lost control of his vehicle when riding on the Coast Road around 3pm.
He was rushed to hospital where he was later found to have sustained serious injuries. A passenger riding with him escaped with no injuries.
Police are investigating.
