Video footage has emerged of two men engaged in a violent fight using what appears to be construction tools.
The video was shot on the side road between St Venera and Marsa on Monday afternoon.
At one point, one of the men is seen carving a weapon out of a piece of wood and trying to strike another man, much to the astonishment of drivers, passing through the busy junction where roadworks are in progress.
Police were seen on the spot shortly after the incident.
It is not known what sparked the incident and whether any of the men were injured.
