The steel beams of the third Marsa Junction Project flyover will start arriving in Malta this week, Infrastructure Malta said.
The beams are being shipped to Marsa from a manufacturing plant in Ankara, Turkey.
The 19 beams are being shipped in 21 containers weighing over 450 tonnes.
The traffic junction will have seven flyovers by the time the €70 million project is completed at the end of next year.
