Presenter and actress Monica Attard has passed away, aged 74.
Born in Sliema in 1949, Attard was drawn to theatre from an early age, taking part in plays in De Porres Theatre in her hometown.
She took part in several TV and radio productions, and for a time was a presenter of programmes on Radio Malta and later Net.
She took part in teleseries like F’Bahar Wirhed, Santa Monika, Nostalgija and Pupazz.
She also took part in productions abroad.
Attard had two children.
